Privacy

Your story belongs to you.

This website does not directly collect, send or store personal information.

About contacting the group

The website links to the group's Facebook Page and Messenger for contact. Meta processes messages sent through those services. This website does not contain a contact form, tracking software, member account or member database.

Optional interest form

The join page may link to a separate Google Form when the organisers activate it. Google processes responses submitted through that form. A child's name may be provided voluntarily, but it must not be published without separate permission. The organisers should restrict access to named people, collect only necessary details and set a clear retention process.

Remembrance garden submissions

A separate private form may be used to propose a remembrance tribute. Nothing submitted is published automatically. The contributor chooses what may be shown, the organisers confirm the final tribute before publication, and a family can request a change or removal at any time.

Respecting grief and privacy

Mothers should never be required to provide the circumstances of a child’s death simply to express interest. Any future gathering should also begin with clear, plain-language confidentiality expectations.
